Entry Level HR Executive - Up to 4.8K #HFT

Requirements:
• At least 2 years of HR experience
• Comfortable handling manufacturing / blue-collar staff
• Experience with recruitment and payroll
• Manufacturing HR experience preferred
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Familiar with Singapore employment laws
• Able to work independently with minimal supervision
• Positive attitude, confident and good team player

Jobscope:
• Support end-to-end recruitment, including job posting, resume screening, interviews and onboarding
• Handle onboarding and offboarding activities for employees
• Manage payroll inputs and verify payroll details
• Administer HRIS systems, leave, attendance, claims and employee records
• Support employee engagement activities and staff events
• Coordinate training, learning & development and training grants
• Manage employee benefits and HR administration
• Handle work pass applications and renewals where required
• Maintain personnel files and HR documentation
• Coordinate with vendors providing employee services
• Support quarterly staff meetings and other HR activities
• Handle other ad hoc HR duties as assigned
