Immediate - Manufacturing Recruiter (3 months) - $5500 @ Senoko

Job Details:

Contract Duration: 3 Months

Location: Senoko Loop

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Perform end to end recruitment.

• Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop job descriptions.

• Source candidates through various channels including job boards, social media, referrals, and recruitment agencies.

• Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess candidate suitability.

• Coordinate interview schedules and facilitate communication between candidates and hiring teams.

• Manage candidate pipelines and maintain accurate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS).

• Provide a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.

• Support employer branding initiatives and recruitment marketing efforts.

• Prepare offer letters and assist with onboarding processes.

• Track and report recruitment metrics and KPIs.
  

Requirement

• Prefer someone ASAP, or max. within 1 week notice

• Preferably from semi-con/ manufacturing industry, experience in recruiting blue collar positions (mainly technicians/ engineers, and senior positions
