About this job
We seek a highly organised and detail-oriented Senior HR Executive to oversee the full spectrum of human resources functions, primarily focusing on payroll administration. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of HR practices and procedures, excellent communication skills, and a strong ability to maintain confidentiality.

*Key Responsibilities:
Manage end-to-end payroll processes, including but not limited to processing payroll, calculating overtime, deductions, and taxes, and ensuring accuracy and compliance with relevant regulations.
Maintain accurate records of employee attendance, leaves, and overtime hours.
Prepare and distribute payroll reports to management as needed.
Administer employee benefits programs, including enrolment, changes, and terminations.
Assist in the recruitment and onboarding process, including posting job openings, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and conducting new employee orientations.
Handle employee inquiries regarding payroll, benefits, and general HR policies and procedures.
Maintain compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.
Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
Manage employee relations issues and conduct investigations as necessary.
Support HR initiatives and projects as assigned.
*Qualifications:
Diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in HR, with a focus on payroll administration.
Proficiency in payroll software and HRIS systems (Info-tech & KNOW).
Strong understanding of payroll processes, tax regulations, and compliance requirements.
Excellent organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
Solid problem-solving and decision-making skills.
Positive attitude and ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
*Preferred Qualifications:
Professional certification such as Certified Payroll Professional (CPP) or Professional in Human Resources (PHR).
Experience working in F&B or similar fast-paced environments.
Sound knowledge of the Employment Act
