Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate the daily cleaning operations across cinema halls, lobbies, restrooms and other areas
• Prepare monthly cleaners’ work schedule
• Assign tasks, monitor performance and ensure high cleanliness standards are consistently met
• Conduct regular inspections and ensure health & safety compliance
• Train and guide cleaning staff on proper procedures and use of equipment
• Handle stock and supply levels e.g. cleaning products, toilet paper etc

Requirement:

• Previous experiences in cleaning supervision in cinema, hotel, commercial cleaning or similar preferred
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Familiar with health and safety standards and cleaning protocols
• Able to always hands-on and demonstrate team-oriented approach
• Positive attitude and good team spirit
• Able to work on rotating shifts and on a 5 days week basis inclusive of weekends and public holidays
