Customer Service Officers (Supervisor)

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Able to manage shift operations.
• Deliver excellent customer service by attending to patrons’ enquiries, requests and feedback in a professional and courteous manner.
• Perform rotational duties including:

1. Box Office ticketing and cashiering
2. F&B preparation and sales
3. Ushering duties
4. Inventory checks and stock replenishment
5. General housekeeping and maintaining cleanliness of the cinema

• Supervise, coach and support the training of new staff to ensure smooth daily operations.
• Ensure compliance with company SOPs, safety standards and operational procedures.
• Maintain effective communication and teamwork.
• Assist and support the Cinema Manager in the day-to-day operations.
• Assist in cinema events, promotional activities, and other ad hoc duties as assigned.

REQUIREMENTS

• Strong leadership and supervisory skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• A good team player.
• Have a passion for service with a positive attitude.
• Well-presented, polite and tactful.
• Able to work on weekends, public holidays and rotating shifts.
• Full-time position – 5-day work week.
• Prior experience in customer service in retail, F&B or cinema operations will be an advantage.
