MARKETING AND SALES ASSISTANT MANAGER

Key Responsibilities

• Sales Strategy: Assist in planning and executing sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.

• Marketing Campaigns: Support the development and implementation of marketing initiatives across digital and traditional platforms.

• Customer Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, retailers, and end customers.

• Market Research: Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and consumer preferences to identify opportunities.

• Team Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of sales and marketing objectives.

Requirements

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.

• Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience in sales and marketing, preferably in FMCG or dairy products.

• Skills: Strong communication, negotiation, and analytical skills.

• Mindset: Proactive, results-oriented, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  VALID CLASS 3 DRIVING LICENSE WITH CLEAN RECORDS
