Construction Site Manager

Job Description:

• Assistant project manager or architect to achiving a project.
• Able to liable to Architecrual or Interior Designers
• Able to read Architecrual drawings.
• Understand interior renovation knowledge and construction side knowledge.
• Coordinate between designer and workers
• Supervise on-site workers
• Arrange jobs for on-site workers
• Make sure work running smoothly.

Requirements:

• Min Diploma, major in Architect or Interior Design, or
• Min 10 years working experiece on construction or renovation.
• Can keep good relationship to main con and customers.
• 5.5 days working days, need OT when required, even night shift based on projects.
• Able to meet on site in emergent situations.
• Problem solving skills
• Communication skills
• Can visit different sites in the same day.
