SALES MANAGER (SPARE PARTS) – 5 DAYS

We are looking for a Sales Manager to lead the Parts Sales Division, driving revenue growth and profitability while strengthening customer relationships and inventory efficiency across the aftermarket parts business.

Key Responsibilities

• Formulate and execute sales and business plans to grow revenue, tracking performance and taking corrective action where needed

• Lead initiatives to expand aftermarket parts sales alongside the wider team

• Design marketing strategies to retain and acquire customers, strengthening market share in parts sales

• Resolve customer complaints promptly to maintain high satisfaction levels

• Track new equipment service schedules to identify service-related parts sales opportunities

• Manage global inventory levels and replenishment procedures to meet delivery commitments and minimize obsolescence

Requirements

• Degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or related field

• 8–10 years' proven experience in parts sales and inventory management, ideally within heavy industries, steel mills, or oil and gas

• Background in automotive dealerships, heavy equipment, or distribution networks required

• Strategic thinker with hands-on problem-solving ability and strong negotiation skills
