What You’ll Do

✅ Serve walk-in customers and handle phone enquiries professionally.
✅ Share product knowledge and provide excellent customer service.
✅ Assist customers with their watch-buying and trade-in enquiries.
✅ Assist with daily store operations, including stock receiving and inventory checks.
✅ Maintain accurate customer records and transaction details.
✅ Work closely with the team to achieve store sales targets and deliver a positive customer experience.

What We’re Looking For

✅ Experience in luxury watches, jewellery, or the pawnshop industry is an advantage.
✅ Passionate about learning luxury watch brands, models, and technical details.
✅ Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
✅ Friendly, confident, and comfortable interacting with customers.
✅ Customer-focused with a positive and proactive attitude.
✅ Able to work retail hours, including weekends and public holidays.
