Join our Operations team and learn how precast components are produced, planned, and delivered to meet project timelines and customer requirements. You will work closely with production, quality, logistics, and project teams, gaining valuable insight into how large-scale manufacturing operations are managed in a fast-paced environment.

What You'll Be Doing

🏭 Production Operations

• Support daily production activities to ensure output aligns with the Production Engineer's plans.
• Assist in monitoring production progress and resolving operational issues on the production floor.
• Coordinate with supervisors and workers to ensure smooth workflow and productivity.

📦 Planning & Coordination

• Assist in planning and issuing daily production and delivery schedules.
• Coordinate production and delivery activities to ensure timely fulfilment of project requirements.
• Monitor progress and support communication between production, logistics, and project teams.

✅ Quality & Safety

• Participate in incoming, in-process, and outgoing product inspections.
• Support quality checks to ensure products meet specifications and customer requirements.
• Promote and ensure compliance with workplace safety rules and regulations.

📊 Inventory & Process Improvement

• Monitor raw material usage and identify opportunities to minimise wastage.
• Assist with operational reporting and performance tracking.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency.
