An established organization operating within the F&B sector is currently seeking a Financial Planning and Analysis Assistant Manager to join its team. This position is open to support the business as it continues its operational expansion across key business units.

about the job.

Reporting to the Head of Finance, you will take full ownership of financial planning, forecasting, and analytical activities across designated business portfolios. You will conduct regular profit and loss performance evaluations across individual operational units, examining key variance drivers including sales volume, promotional performance, wastage patterns, and operational efficiency. Serving as a dedicated finance business partner, you will collaborate with functional heads across supply chain, marketing, and operations to deliver commercial insights, drive margin improvements, and support executive decision-making. The ideal candidate is one who is proactive, independent and have strong stakeholder management skills.

skills and experience required.
To succeed in this role, you should hold a degree in accounting, finance, business, or a related discipline, alongside 3 years of relevant experience in FP&A. Experience within fast-paced consumer environments, such as retail, hospitality, or fast-moving consumer goods, is strongly preferred.
