4-6 Months Campus Recruitment Officer #EAT

Responsibilities:

• Partner and work closely with hiring functions, business managers and HR Business Partners
• Develop and manage recruitment marketing plans or sourcing plans to determine the most appropriate candidate sources that align to the search requirements
• Take charge of recruitment initiatives, implementation those initiatives and track the ROI
• Work on ad hoc HR/TA related projects when required

Requirements:

• Min Diploma/Degree in HR or equivalent with some HR internship experience
• Proactive, resilient and highly adaptable, you should also be able to work in a fast-paced environment
• Presentable and able to communicate professionally and effectively to line managers, staff, vendors and candidates of all levels
• Meticulous, process and service oriented with strong time management skills and ability to deliver within tight deadlines
• Strong team player who is also able to work independently
