Good if they have managed CRM campaigns or customer platforms and dealt with operational issues.

Can work if they are operational and analytical rather than purely creative marketing.

This could actually be a very nice hunting pool. Candidates from credit card rewards, miles, cashback, privileges, merchant programmes or customer engagement teams should translate well.
