Key Responsibilities

End-to-End Project Ownership

  • Lead and manage the full lifecycle of events and media campaigns - from concept to execution to post-event reporting.
  • Collaborate closely with clients, creatives, producers, and vendors to ensure all project milestones are met.

Strategic Thinking & Proposal Development

  • Drive the development of creative proposals, budgets, and pitches tailored to client goals.
  • Present ideas persuasively with confidence and clarity in internal and external meetings.

Client & Vendor Relationship Management

  • Cultivate strong, long-term relationships with clients and vendors through responsive communication and dependable service.
  • Anticipate client needs and exceed expectations with a solutions-first mindset.

Event & Media Production Coordination

  • Coordinate internal teams and external vendors to ensure seamless production and timely delivery.
  • Oversee logistical planning, approvals, schedules, and on-site execution.

New Opportunities & Upselling

  • Identify new business opportunities and support deal negotiation for upsells and extensions.
  • Contribute to the growth of existing accounts and help pitch for new ones.

Team & Resource Management

  • Support resourcing and scheduling to align with deadlines, deliverables, and team capacity.
  • Ensure all internal stakeholders are informed, engaged, and accountable throughout the campaign process.

Multitasking & Prioritisation

  • Manage multiple campaigns simultaneously across various timelines, stakeholders, and scopes.
  • Stay calm under pressure and always find a way forward, even when the path changes.

Requirements & Profile

  • 3–5 years of experience in the events, media, creative, or related industries.
  • Excellent project management skills - highly organised, deadline-driven, and solutions-oriented.
  • Independent self-starter who can run with a brief and execute with minimal hand-holding.
  • Proven ability to manage pressure and deliver outcomes under tight timelines.
  • A strong team player who brings positive energy and a can-do spirit.
  • Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
  • Resourceful, detail-oriented, and committed to high standards of service and execution.
  • Passion for events, brand experiences, and storytelling across media formats.
  • Strong creative judgment and aesthetic sense for presentations and proposals.
  • Willingness to work late hours and weekends as needed during peak periods.
  • Singaporeans and Permanent Residents only.
