Digital Marketing Specialist (CCP for Digital Advertising and Marketing Professionals)

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Digital Marketing Strategy & Campaign Planning

Develop structured B2B digital marketing plans for BT Copy’s copier sales, rental, leasing, refurbished equipment and related service offerings, using Meta Business Suite to support campaign scheduling, audience planning and channel execution based on defined business objectives and target customer segments.

Translate campaign objectives into practical content and creative requirements using Canva, preparing campaign concepts and visual assets that communicate the value of BT Copy’s different product and service offerings to SMEs and business customers.

Maintain an organised digital campaign calendar covering campaign themes, target audiences, content requirements, publication schedules and promotional periods, ensuring the company moves from ad-hoc online activity towards more

2. Social Media & Digital Content Marketing

Manage the company’s Facebook and Instagram marketing activities through Meta Business Suite, including content scheduling, campaign publishing, audience engagement and monitoring of content performance to build a more active and consistent digital presence.

Create B2B digital content using Canva, including product and service visuals, educational posts, promotional creatives and campaign materials for copier purchase, rental, leasing, refurbished equipment and related service offerings.

Adapt campaign messaging and content formats according to different customer needs and stages of consideration, using engagement results from Meta Business Suite to identify which content themes and formats are more relevant to prospective business customers.

3. Search Engine Optimisation & Website Visibility

Use Google Search Console to monitor how BT Copy’s website and key product or service pages are performing in Google Search, including relevant search queries, clicks, page visibility and indexing status.

Identify practical SEO opportunities for pages relating to copier sales, rental, leasing, refurbished machines and services by reviewing customer search behaviour and improving the relevance of website content to business customers’ search intent.

Support website content improvements by preparing suitable visual and informational assets in Canva and coordinating updates to page content, calls-to-action and supporting materials so that prospective customers can more easily understand the company’s offerings and proceed towards an enquiry.

4. Email Marketing & Digital Lead Nurturing

Plan and execute targeted B2B email marketing campaigns through Mailchimp, segmenting contacts according to relevant interests such as equipment purchase, rental, leasing, refurbished machines and service requirements.

Develop email content and supporting campaign creatives using Canva, ensuring communications are clear, professional and relevant to the intended customer segment rather than using generic promotional messages.

Build practical lead-nurturing communications in Mailchimp for prospects who may require further information before making a purchase, rental or leasing decision, while reviewing opens, clicks and responses to improve future campaigns.

5. Digital Performance Analysis & Campaign Optimisation

Consolidate and review digital marketing performance information from Meta Business Suite, Mailchimp and Google Search Console, covering social engagement, email response, organic search visibility and relevant digital enquiry trends.

Evaluate campaign elements such as audience targeting, content themes, calls-to-action, email subject lines, publishing schedules and search visibility, using actual performance results to identify areas for improvement.

Prepare concise digital marketing performance updates for management, highlighting campaign outcomes, customer-response patterns and recommended adjustments to strengthen future digital customer acquisition and online visibility.
