*Holiday Job* Administrative Assistant (Events) - 3 months

• Event Coordination & Logistics
  Support end-to-end logistics for face-to-face and virtual events, including materials preparation, travel info collation, attendance tracking, Zoom setup, and onsite/virtual admin support.
• Administrative & Stakeholder Support
  Manage communication with workshop leaders and participants, take meeting notes, maintain response templates, and assist with accreditation surveys and general event admin tasks.
• Salesforce & Catalogue Management
  Maintain and update the workshop product catalogue in Salesforce; handle translations, metadata entry, CVENT coordination, and generate reports for internal teams and Marketing.
• Financial & Invoice Processing
  Update budget sheets, forward invoices, and coordinate with Finance on credit vouchers and reimbursement-related matters.
• Team & Project Support
  Provide coverage for team members, support global/regional initiatives, and escalate issues to leadership as needed.
