-NEW- 12 Months Trade Finance Analyst (Foreign Bank)

Job Responsibilities:

· Process end-to-end trade finance transactions for Singapore and Hong Kong operations, including import and export letters of credit (LCs), amendments, acceptances, negotiations, discounting, reimbursements, guarantees, shipping guarantees, bid and performance bonds, bank refinancing, and risk participations.

· Ensure timely and accurate execution of daily trade finance operations in accordance with established service levels, cut-off times, internal procedures, and regulatory requirements.

· Perform KYC validation and Anti-Money Laundering(AML) checks to ensure compliance with regulatory and internal policies.

· Process trade finance transactions in the trade finance system, generate accounting entries, customer advices, and prepare payment and SWIFT messages.

· Manage trade documentation, including document verification, SWIFT message matching, customer correspondence, filing, and records management.

· Support digitalization initiatives, process improvement projects, and business continuity planning (BCP) to enhance operational efficiency and resilience.

· Perform additional operational and administrative duties as assigned by management.

· Adhoc tasks and projects as assigned

Job Requirements

· Minimum Degree in a related discipline

· Minimum 1 year of relevant trade finance processing experience

· Able to start immediately or within short notice
