Corporate Action Analyst - Contract

Job Duties:

• Processing of Corporate Actions income and events for APAC region.
• Timely and accurate data entry for processing of all Incomes/Corporate events.
• Process corporate actions with a focus on Equity-Linked Notes (ELNs)
• Gather and validate event information from depositories, issuers, and paying agents
• Execute and monitor inbound/outbound client instructions within deadlines
• Process redemption proceeds and ensure accurate cash/securities settlement
• Reconcile discrepancies and resolve breaks in a timely manner
• Liaise with external counterparties for event clarification and reconciliation
• Respond to client queries via email, phone, and case management systems
• Ensure high service quality while minimizing operational risk
• Support additional tasks related to Corporate Actions as required
