Job Overview

We are seeking a proactive and creative professional to support talent attraction, employer branding and outreach initiatives. The role will be involved in planning and executing employer branding campaigns, developing creative content and supporting career outreach activities to engage prospective talent.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the end-to-end planning and execution of employer branding and talent attraction initiatives.
• Develop and coordinate creative collaterals including brochures, videos, event visuals and other promotional materials.
• Support digital campaigns across social media platforms and career portals.
• Create engaging and timely content that is aligned with organisational brand guidelines and communication objectives.
• Work closely with internal stakeholders to ensure consistent and compelling messaging across different communication channels.
• Support career talks, outreach activities and engagement events with Institutes of Higher Learning (IHLs) and other relevant stakeholders.
• Assist in coordinating event logistics, materials and promotional content for talent attraction activities.
• Monitor campaign performance and prepare reports using social media analytics and other relevant tools.
• Analyse campaign results and provide insights to support future employer branding and talent attraction initiatives.
• Support other talent attraction, employer branding and related projects as assigned.

Requirements

• Recognised Diploma or Degree in any discipline.
• 2–4 years of relevant experience in employer branding, talent attraction, recruitment marketing, communications, digital marketing or a related field is preferred.
• Proficient in creative and content development applications such as CapCut and Canva.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
• Good organisational and coordination skills with strong attention to detail.
• Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills.
• Creative, resourceful and able to contribute ideas for engaging talent attraction initiatives.
