As a Bioprocess Manufacturing Specialist, you will support day-to-day manufacturing operations while gaining exposure to cleanroom production, equipment operations, validation, troubleshooting, process transfer, and manufacturing process improvement. You will work closely with technical and cross-functional teams to ensure production activities are carried out safely, efficiently, and in accordance with established quality standards.

What You’ll Do

• Execute day-to-day manufacturing operations, including both routine and non-routine activities, in line with approved SOPs, batch documentation, and electronic systems.

• Support cleanroom manufacturing processes involving equipment setup, cleaning, sterilisation, filtration, material preparation, and handling.

• Operate and monitor manufacturing equipment, process control systems, and Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES) while maintaining compliance with cGMP requirements.

• Perform production sampling, process monitoring, and relevant in-process checks while ensuring manufacturing information is recorded accurately and promptly.

• Investigate manufacturing issues and assist with troubleshooting, deviation assessments, CAPA, and other activities aimed at maintaining reliable production performance.

• Contribute to process transfer activities, equipment commissioning, qualification and validation exercises, and manufacturing improvement projects.

• Ensure production records, equipment logbooks, electronic records, and other required documentation are complete, accurate, and compliant with quality standards.

• Maintain a safe, clean, and audit-ready manufacturing environment by following established safety, housekeeping, and quality procedures.

• Provide technical support and share relevant manufacturing knowledge with team members where required.

• Work collaboratively with Quality, Engineering, Technical Operations, and other supporting functions to maintain smooth and consistent production activities.

What We’re Looking For

• Degree in Biotechnology, Biomedical Sciences, Chemical Engineering, Applied Chemistry, Pharmaceutical Technology, or a related discipline.

• Relevant experience within biotechnology, pharmaceutical, biopharmaceutical, or other GMP-regulated manufacturing environments will be advantageous.

• Understanding of cGMP principles, cleanroom operations, manufacturing processes, production equipment, and manufacturing systems is preferred.

• Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving abilities, with the ability to manage priorities in a production-focused environment.

• Willingness to support rotating shift schedules and operational requirements.

• Comfortable working in controlled cleanroom environments and adhering to gowning, safety, and manufacturing procedures.

• Meticulous and dependable, with a strong commitment to quality, compliance, safety, and continuous improvement.
