Data & AI Project Lead | Drive Digital & Analytics Initiatives #HDC1

Are you an experienced Project Manager with a background in data, analytics, business intelligence, or technology? This opportunity allows you to take ownership of key digital and data-driven initiatives, translating business needs into practical solutions that support operational and strategic objectives.

You will oversee projects spanning Data, BI, Analytics, and AI, partnering with business and technology stakeholders to ensure successful delivery from project initiation and planning through implementation, deployment, and post-project adoption.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the full project lifecycle for data and analytics initiatives, including requirements gathering, planning, development, testing, implementation, and post-implementation review.

• Define project objectives, scope, deliverables, timelines, budgets, risks, dependencies, and success measures to support effective project execution.

• Develop and regularly update detailed project schedules, Gantt charts, milestones, and deliverable trackers to monitor project performance.

• Analyse business requirements and translate them into clear functional specifications for IT, data, analytics, and technology teams.

• Facilitate collaboration between business users, data teams, IT, analytics functions, and data governance stakeholders to drive project alignment.

• Partner with analysts and project teams to monitor deliverables, prepare status reports, resolve project issues, and support successful user adoption.

• Oversee external vendors and service providers, ensuring agreed deliverables, timelines, contractual obligations, and performance standards are met.

• Drive the implementation of Data, BI, Analytics, and AI solutions that enhance business insights, decision-making, and overall organisational performance.

Requirements

• Degree in Data Analytics, Business, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.

• 3–4 years of relevant project management experience within data, analytics, BI, technology, or digital transformation environments.

• Demonstrated experience managing projects from initiation through delivery while engaging multiple business and technical stakeholders.

• Familiarity with data pipelines, dashboards, data warehouses, and analytics platforms.

• Strong project management, analytical, organisational, and problem-solving capabilities.

• Effective written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to work confidently with stakeholders across different functions.

• Able to work independently while contributing effectively within cross-functional project teams.

• High level of integrity and discretion when managing confidential and personally identifiable information.

• Self-motivated and adaptable, with a proactive and outcome-focused approach in a fast-moving environment.
