Job Summary
Support interior design tender processes by preparing submissions, sourcing and evaluating supplier and subcontractor quotations, pricing tenders, and performing quantity measurements to ensure compliance and cost accuracy.
Responsibilities
- Prepare detailed tender submissions for interior design projects to meet client and project requirements
- Source and call for quotations from suppliers and subcontractors, evaluating them for compliance with tender drawings and specifications
- Price interior design tenders accurately to support competitive and profitable bids
- Prepare comprehensive costings for commercial interior design projects to inform budgeting and decision-making
- Perform precise quantity measurements to ensure accurate material and cost estimations
