LOGISTICS OPERATIONS EXECUTIVE

- Performinbound and outbound logistics operations

-Responsible for daily task processing

- Attendto customer queries regarding inbound and outbound matter

- Providecustomer service, coordination and admin / operation department

- Orderfulfilment and customer support in warehousing &transportation

- Performcycle count

- Act as asupport liaison for the Sales team during the client on boarding phase, assisting with data gathering and documentation.

-Participatein client meetings to take detailed notes and help document supply chainrequirements and challenges.

-Supportthe Sales and senior operations team in reviewing client proposals foroperational clarity and data completeness.

-Assigningof deliveries to drivers in the system via direct calling

-Manageand coordinate the delivery drivers, ensuring timely and accurate dispatch ofparcels to customers.

-Accounthandling of selected key customers

-Monitordelivery performance metrics and identify areas for improvement to optimizeoperational efficiency

-Implementand oversee delivery route planning and scheduling to maximize productivity andreduce costs

-Identifyand recommend process improvements to enhance the overall delivery experience

-Providetraining and support to delivery personnel to maintain high standards ofservice

-Monitoringthe fulfilment team in ensuring they meet their KPI objectives for youraccounts

-Assistmanager in executing daily operations to achieve the monthly and quarterly KPIand business results in the department

-Assistthe management in implementing new strategic initiatives as well as contributewith ideas for effectively scaling up the operations

Requirements:

-Proficient in using computers and Microsoft Office

- Possessgood work ethics and positive working attitude

- Able tohandle pressure & adapt in a fast-pace environment

-Demonstrate an eye for details and ability to prioritize urgent tasks

- Expectovertime on a regular basis

-Individual without experience may apply as training will be provided as ourcost

Education:

· Bachelor'sor equivalent (Preferred)
