· Managing organizationalsales by developing a business plan that covers sales, revenue and expensecontrols.

·Responsiblefor Sales & Business Development including new account development

·Meeting plannedsales goals.

·Achieve dailytargeted number of sales calls with effective strategies and solutions

·Meet minimumsales gross margin and monitor invoicing and receivables

·Tracking salesgoals and reporting results as necessary.

·Overseeingthe activities and performance of the sales team.

·Require workingbeyond office hours, weekends/public holidays as and when is required by theManagement

·Coordinatingwith marketing on lead generation.

·The ongoingtraining of your sales people.

·Developingyour sales team through motivation, counselling, and product knowledge education.

·Promotingthe organization and products.

·Understandour ideal customers and how they relate to our products.

·Relationshipbuilding with new and existing customers.

·Provide businessdevelopment and strategic insight into specific market segments designated byupper management.

Requirementsand skills

-AnyDegree/Equivalent Education with rich relevant experience

·Excellentcommunication and interpersonal skills at all levels in the organization and provenability to build strong professional relationships.

·Highlyorganized and able to multi-task

·Proven experiencein creating and executing detailed partner marketing plans.

·Systematicapproach to sharing knowledge and best practices across multiple teams.

·Analyticaltendencies with a natural curiosity to measure, test, learn and iterate to getthe best results possible.
