Quantity Surveyor (Contract)

*Please note that this is a 2-years contract and you will be required to work 5.5 days/week.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for cost management, procurement support and contract administration for Design & Build Data Centre projects

• Prepare cost estimates, budgets, and cost plans for CSA works at various project stages

• Monitor project costs, track variations, and support value engineering initiatives

• Conduct cost analysis and benchmarking for civil, structural, and architectural elements

• Evaluate subcontractor and supplier quotations and provide recommendations

• Prepare and review tender documents, BOQs, and cost breakdowns for CSA packages

• Assist in the administration of subcontracts and main contracts for CSA scope

• Assess and certify progress claims, variation orders, and final accounts

• Manage contract documentation and ensure compliance with contractual terms

• Review subcontractor progress claims and prepare payment recommendations

• Work closely with project managers, engineers, and consultants on CSA matters

• Provide cost advice during design development and construction phases

Requirements

• Diploma in Quantity Surveying / Building / Civil Engineering or equivalent

• At least 3 years experience in CSA quantity surveying or construction projects

• In-depth understanding of construction, materials, pricing and industry

• Understand bid/tender documents/drawings/specification
