Senior Executive Assistant (HR, Up to $3000, West, 1 year) #HJY

Location: West
Duration: 1 year contract (With 1 month gratuity depends on work performance)
Salary: Up to $3000

Job Description:
This role involves collaborating with various stakeholders to support Onboarding, Offboarding, and Onsite-related activities.

- Provide support to the Manager and Team Lead in the review, development and implementation of policies, plans, processes and programmes.
- Work with Institution HR Business Partners and staff in providing value-adding HR services and support.
- Administer and execute HR functions and processes in relation to Onboarding and Offboarding.
- Support and improve on-site experience for new hires and leavers through Onboarding and Offboarding stages.
- Ensure the services are delivered in line with company policies and comply to all relevant Legislation requirement.
- Deliver the HR activities that meet the service level agreement (SLA) and key performance indicators (KPIs) within company HR Group Shared Services.
- Ensure HR systems are maintained accurately based on agreed procedures and team standards.

Job Requirements:
- Min Diploma in Human Resource or Business-related discipline.
- Min 1-2 years of relevant experience especially in healthcare sector.
- Able to manage high-volume activities and handle data confidentiality.
- Comfortable with the use of Microsoft Excel to handle large amount of data.
