Responsibilities:

• Lead and mentor team members, fostering a culture of high performance, collaboration, and accountability.
• Ensure alignment of strategic direction with organizational objectives and business priorities.
• Identify and nurture new business opportunities with direct clients and customer touchpoints.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to promote trust and cooperation.
• Oversee the design and execution of integrated marketing campaigns that meet business goals and customer requirements.
• Manage and optimize the direct portfolio, focusing on long-term profitability and customer retention.
• Drive campaigns through tendering opportunities, ensuring compliance and competitive positioning.
• Monitor campaign performance metrics, analyze results, and refine strategies to enhance acquisition and retention rates.
• Maintain a healthy loss ratio through sound underwriting principles and risk assessment.
• Provide competitive quotations and manage reinsurance strategies to mitigate exposure.
• Support process improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and customer experience.

Requirements:

• Minimum degree holder with a professional insurance qualification.
• 5 to 8 years of relevant experience in the insurance sector.
• Possess certifications such as BCP, PGI, CGI, and HI.
• Proficient in MS Office and PowerPoint.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently while being a cooperative team player with multitasking capabilities.
