Manage Programme Delivery
Define the delivery plan and drive execution per strategy / roadmap (SG and regionally).
Obtain buy-in / approval from senior management and stakeholders for planned execution.
Foster collaboration with key stakeholders across units/teams (including auditors) to improve alignment and develop joint priorities with technology and business teams for delivery.
Develop and maintain project documentation, including project plans, risk assessments, and status reports.
Ensure that implementation actions and challenges are identified and addressed effectively.
Ensure quality of deliverables (which includes verification of deliverable outcomes, documentation, etc.) to render benefits outlined in the business case for the assigned program.
Responsible for leadership and regulatory updates (e.g., Steering Committee meetings) to provide visibility on project milestones and status to drive key decisions.
Serve as Secretariat of Tech Executive Committee and Programme Steering Committee
Develop the agenda, organise meeting cadences, and maintain related documentation (e.g., discussion materials, minutes, etc.).
Support the performance management process by designing and tracking the Technology scorecard.
Job Requirements
6 – 10 years’ of relevant experience in technology program management.
Proven effectiveness driving complex multi-stakeholder planning processes, driving cross-team programs to desired results, and managing risk.
Ability to understand and work at a technical level and summarize communications at a strategic and executive level for business stakeholders and senior executives.
Strong experience working in cross-functional teams with the ability to influence key stakeholders with a data-driven and insightful point of view.
Analytical problem-solving skills, with the ability to use data and insights to inform decision-making and drive program improvements.
Strong organizational skills, the ability to perform under pressure in a fast-paced environment, and management of multiple priorities with competing demands for resources.
