Associate, Business Manager - Regional Corporate Bank

A regional bank is seeking a Business Management Associate to support its Corporate Banking business in Singapore. The role will focus on business planning, performance analysis, management reporting and strategic initiatives. You will gain broad exposure to senior stakeholders and work closely with relationship managers and product teams on key business priorities.

Key Responsibilities

• Support business leaders in executing revenue growth strategies and key business priorities.
• Prepare management presentations and analyse financial performance, client activity and business pipelines.
• Support budgeting, forecasting, resource planning and sales target-setting exercises.
• Coordinate with relationship managers, product teams and internal stakeholders to improve product penetration and achieve business objectives.
• Manage business initiatives, enhance internal processes and respond to ad-hoc analysis and reporting requirements.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Economics or a related discipline.
• At least 2 years of relevant experience in business management, strategy, financial analysis or planning within financial services.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with excellent attention to detail.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
• Independent, adaptable and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
