Spa / Massage Therapist / Specialist (High and Uncapped Commission)

Job Description: Join our growing wellness family! We are looking for an energetic, warm, and hands-on Spa / Massage Therapist who can provide professional massage therapy or bone-setting services, build strong client relationships, assist with front desk operations, and drive package sales. Comprehensive product and service training will be provided.

Key Responsibilities:

• Therapy & Treatment: Perform professional body massages, TCM Tuina, or bone-setting (Orthopedic manipulation) according to client needs.

• Package Sales & Growth: Confidently introduce and recommend tailored treatment packages, wellness plans, and products to achieve monthly sales targets.

• Client Relationship Management: Perform active post-treatment follow-ups, build long-term trust, track client recovery, and keep clients engaged with promotions.

• Operational Support & Training: Participate in fully paid product, service, and sales training; maintain hygiene and cleanliness of treatment rooms.

Job Requirements:

• Experience or WSQ / relevant certification in Body Massage, TCM Tuina, or Bone Setting (Zheng Gu) is preferred.

• Eager to learn; fully sponsored product and service training will be provided.

• Highly comfortable with active package selling and driven to hit sales goals.

• Excellent interpersonal skills with a warm, empathetic customer-first attitude.

• Fluent in English or Mandarin to converse effectively with English or Mandarin-speaking clients.
