Clinic Executive/ Operation Executive (with High and Uncapped Commission)

Job Description: Join our growing TCM wellness family! We are looking for an energetic, warm, and sales-driven Clinic Executive to manage daily front desk operations, care for our patients, and drive package sales.

Key Responsibilities:

• Patient Experience & Front Desk: Warmly welcome patients, handle registration, answer phone/WhatsApp inquiries, manage appointments, and handle daily cashiering/billing.

• Package Sales & Growth: Confidently introduce and recommend tailored TCM treatment packages and wellness products recommended by our physicians to achieve monthly targets.

• Client Relationship Management: Perform active post-treatment follow-ups, build long-term trust, track patient recovery journeys, and keep clients engaged with clinic promotions and seasonal care.

• Operational Support: Assist physicians with basic clinic preparation and dispensary duties.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of frontline experience in TCM, aesthetic, wellness, or healthcare environments.

• Highly comfortable with active package selling and driven to hit sales goals.

• Excellent interpersonal skills with a warm, empathetic customer-first attitude.

• Fluent in English and Mandarin to converse effectively with English- and Mandarin-speaking patients and TCM physicians.

• Adaptable and quick learner for clinic management and POS software.
