IVD Sales Representative / Medical Sales Executive

Overview: Drive sales and client relationships for In-Vitro Diagnostics (IVD) test kits, clinic-based diagnostic products, laboratory testing solutions, and healthcare products across Singapore.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Develop and manage clinic, laboratory, medical centre, and healthcare institution clients in Singapore.
2. Promote IVD test kits and diagnostic products to doctors, clinic managers, laboratory professionals, and healthcare partners.
3. Conduct product introductions, demonstrations, and basic user training.
4. Follow up with customers on product usage, repeat orders, feedback, and after-sales support.
5. Support channel development, distributor coordination, and key account management.
6. Collect market feedback, competitor information, and customer requirements.
7. Work closely with internal teams to support sales planning and market expansion.
8. Perform other sales-related duties and responsibilities as assigned or required by business needs (including, but not limited to, the tasks listed above).

Key Information

• Industry: In-Vitro Diagnostics / Medical Devices / Healthcare

• Product Scope: IVD test kits, clinic-based diagnostic products, laboratory testing solutions, and related healthcare products.

• Experience Level:

  • Sales Executive: 1–3 years of relevant experience.

  • Assistant Manager / Manager: 3+ years of relevant experience, preferably with clinic, laboratory, distributor, or key account management experience.

• Preferred Background:

  • IVD, medical diagnostics, medical devices, healthcare products, or pharmaceutical sales experience.

  • Clinic working experience, medical laboratory, medical technologist, or diagnostic testing experience strongly preferred.

• Legal Requirement: Legally eligible to work in Singapore.
