Job description: Job duties and responsibilities

Business Development Manager job description should contain the following duties and responsibilities:

• Develop business and plans with the assigned accounts/Customers
• Design and develop strategic development strategies and plans to grow business, lead a team,
• Provide assistance with implementing suggested plans and strategies
• Oversee and examine new strategy progress and development
• Educate, lead and supervise members of the business development team to ensure the business growth for the Shop.
• Investigate existing products and services and compare them with competitors
• suggest measures for improving customer satisfaction and loyalty
• Handle business deals operations and activities
• Oversee the implementation of different contracts
• Build, encourage and maintain long-term relationships with key Customers and prospective clients
• Achieve given KPIs and increase sales, with good knowledge in computer and AI processing
• willing to work on weekends and PH (off-in lieu will be provided)
