Project Engineer - Construction

Job Summary

Join our team as an Asst. Project Manager to lead site operations, manage project quality and schedules, and coordinate with clients to ensure timely, safe, and high-quality construction project delivery.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage BIM models using Revit, AutoCAD, and BIM software to produce accurate 2D and 3D technical drawings for MEP disciplines
• Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams during meetings to verify model accuracy and ensure compliance with project requirements
• Provide constructibility input during design development to ensure designs meet local building codes and regulations
• Maintain drawing and document standards consistently throughout the project lifecycle to support quality control
• Collaborate closely with project coordinators and project managers to implement drawing amendments and updates efficiently

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Minimum Diploma or relevant certificates in Autodesk Revit, AutoCAD, and BIM
• Minimum 3 years of relevant drafting work experience
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications to support project documentation and communication
• Skilled in design and visualization software such as AutoCAD for detailed technical drafting
• Knowledgeable of Singapore Construction Industry rules, regulations, best practices, and performance standards
• Strong project management and supervision skills to oversee project progress and quality
• Demonstrated leadership and decision-making abilities to guide teams and resolve issues
• Excellent time management and organizational skills to meet project deadlines and coordinate tasks
