The Company

A well-establishedcompany in the engineering and manufacturing industry is currently seeking anAssistant HR Manager to join their dynamic team.

The Role

This role is responsible for partnering withmanagers and business stakeholders across Singapore and the region to providepractical HR advice and support on employee matters, workforce priorities,organizational needs, performance management and organizational changes.

Support end-to-end talent attraction andrecruitment activities, as well as onboarding, employee engagement, employerbranding, learning and organizational development initiatives. Manage keyemployee lifecycle processes, including onboarding, confirmation, transfers andemployee movements, HR records and documentation, and offboarding, ensuringprocesses and data are accurate, timely, compliant and aligned with companypolicies and governance requirements. Drive assigned performance-managementactivities, including annual performance cycles, goal setting, performancereviews, calibration and related communications, while supporting managers andemployees on performance and development matters.

Your Profile

The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor’s degreein Business Administration, Human Resources or a related discipline, with 7 to 10years of broad-based HR generalist experience, preferably gained within amultinational, regional or matrix organization.

Candidates should demonstrate solid hands-onexperience across multiple HR areas, including employee lifecycle management,HR operations, employee relations, performance management, HR policies,projects, learning and development, talent or workforce planning. Regional HRexperience across Asia Pacific will be an advantage, together with good workingknowledge of Singapore employment practices and HR governance requirements.
