The Company

Our client in the semiconductor sector is currently looking for a Sales Operations Assistant to manage the end-to-end ordering processing support.

The Role

The role provides centralized, end-to-end order processing support to global Order Management teams, serving as a key link between Sales Operations, Order Fulfillment, and outsourced manufacturers. The role is responsible for accurate and timely order validation, entry and booking, backlog and change order management, and purchase order creation, while ensuring adherence to company policies, financial controls, and IFRS 15 requirements. The incumbent will proactively resolve order-related issues, maintain data integrity and audit readiness, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to address operational and system challenges.

Your Profile

Success in this fast-paced semiconductor environment requires strong attention to detail, critical thinking, effective stakeholder management, and a commitment to service levels, operational excellence, continuous improvement, and key month-end activities.

Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or a related field, with a minimum of 2 years’ relevant experience in Sales Administration or a similar role is highly preferred.
