RequirementsAnalysis & Report preparation

· Responsible to identify and define detailed requirements / user storiesfrom Business users / Process Owners

· Analyse and document the “to-be” business and operation processes basedon the agreed requirements, perform impact assessment and effort estimation

· Monitor and escalate issues related to requirements and scope-creep toproject managers & team leads

· Keep track of projects and workstreams’ key deliverables & deadlines

· Identify areas for improvement in various internal workflow, and help tostreamline current processes and automation

· Maintain up-to-date knowledge base related to internal processes andautomation workflow

TestingManagement

· Defect Triarch - Clarify test findings escalated by test team andclassify the findings either as valid defect, data issue or change request

ProjectManagement

· Assist team lead in managing project tracking, including timeline,budget and deliverables

· Prepare daily status for multiple internal and outsourced projects
