SUPERVISOR

Job Duties:

• Supervise and coordinate daily hardware shop/warehouse operations.
• Manage and assign tasks to staff and monitor work performance.
• Assist customers with hardware products, pricing and product enquiries.
• Manage stock, inventory levels, receiving and issuing of goods.
• Check orders, deliveries and ensure products are properly stored.
• Prepare quotations, invoices and sales orders when required.
• Coordinate with suppliers and customers on orders and deliveries.
• Handle customer complaints and resolve operational issues.
• Ensure the workplace is clean, safe and properly organised.
• Train and guide staff on product knowledge and work procedures.

Job Requirements:

• Relevant experience in hardware, retail, warehouse or sales operations.
• Good communication and customer service skills.
• Able to lead and supervise a team.
• Basic computer and inventory management skills.
• Responsible, organised and able to work independently.
