Operations Executive

Job Summary

Coordinate and oversee maintenance, repairs, and safety compliance for company vehicles, equipment, and facilities to ensure smooth daily operations and workplace safety.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and monitor company vehicle maintenance, servicing, inspection, road tax, and insurance renewals to ensure operational readiness
• Arrange repair and preventive maintenance for forklifts, equipment, and operational machinery to minimize downtime
• Conduct regular facility inspections to verify warehouse and office equipment functionality and safety
• Liaise with external vendors and contractors to schedule and oversee maintenance, repair, and servicing works
• Monitor safety compliance by enforcing company safety procedures and regulations across operations
• Support workplace safety activities by conducting safety inspections, reporting incidents, and implementing corrective actions
• Maintain accurate records of vehicle servicing, equipment maintenance, facility repairs, and safety documentation for audit and tracking purposes
• Assist in managing operational assets, inventory, and equipment tracking to optimize resource utilization
• Coordinate with internal departments to support daily operational requirements and ensure seamless workflow
• Ensure proper housekeeping and safety practices within warehouse and operational areas to maintain a safe work environment

Required competencies and certifications

• Proven experience in operations management or a similar role
• Strong leadership and team management skills demonstrated through leading operational teams
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities applied to operational challenges
• Proficiency in project management tools and techniques to plan and track maintenance activities
• Knowledge of industry regulations and quality standards to ensure compliance
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with vendors, contractors, and internal teams

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• At least 1 year of relevant experience
• Ability to start work immediately or within short notice

Other Information

• 5.5 working days per week
• Company transport provided for Bedok, Tampines, Pasir Ris, and Sengkang
