Job Description

• Handle phone calls, enquiries and walk-in visitors
• Facilitate communication between parents, vendors and school staff
• Manage deliveries, collections and distribution of items
• Attend to unwell or injured students and coordinate parent pick-up
• Manage early dismissals and lost & found items
• Maintain and update school records and documents
• Coordinate visitor and vendor access with security personnel
• Maintain confidentiality of school and student information
• Perform other ad-hoc duties assigned by the school

Requirements

• Proficient in Microsoft Word & Excel
• Proficient in email communication, especially Gmail
• Fluent in spoken English
• Mandarin, Malay or Tamil speaking ability is an advantage
• 3 years of receptionist/customer service experience preferred
• 1 year of primary school experience preferred
• Basic First Aid knowledge
• Good communication, interpersonal and customer service skills
• Good team player with a pleasant and mature disposition
