🕐 Mon–Fri: 7:00 AM–4:00 PM
🔄 One weekday late shift: 10:00 AM–6:30 PM
📅 5 days/week | No weekends & Public Holidays

Job Responsibilities:

• Attend to students, parents, visitors and staff at the reception counter.
• Handle incoming calls and enquiries.
• Perform general administrative and data-entry duties.
• Manage mail, deliveries, stationery and inventory.
• Assist with student administration and basic first aid.
• Maintain records, lost & found and other school administrative matters.
• Perform ad-hoc duties assigned by the School.

Requirements:

• GCE ‘O’ Level / Higher NITEC.
• Minimum 3 years’ administrative experience, preferably in a school.
• Good English communication skills.
• Good computer skills, including Microsoft Office.
• Warm, professional and customer-service oriented.
• Secondary school reception experience is an advantage.
