Job Description

• Manage day-to-day operations and administration of the General Office
• Handle frontline services and telephone enquiries
• Manage student records, forms, returns and lost & found items
• Provide basic first-aid assistance to students
• Maintain loan records and assist with general administrative duties
• Handle mails, deliveries, photocopying and certificate printing
• Manage bus bookings and parent car decals
• Consolidate data, surveys and assist with data entry and record keeping
• Maintain cleanliness of the General Office pantry and related facilities
• Perform other ad-hoc duties assigned by the school

Requirements

• Minimum GCE ‘O’ Level or equivalent
• Basic IT skills, including Microsoft Office and data entry
• Meticulous and well-organised
• Good English communication and interpersonal skills
• Administrative and customer service experience preferred
