Admin cum Cashier

Key Responsibilities

• Handle general administrative duties, including office equipment, uniforms and other supplies.
• Handle daily cash payments and transactions accurately.
• Perform data entry and update information in the relevant systems.
• Prepare and issue delivery notes to drivers.
• Answer incoming phone calls and respond to emails promptly.
• Maintain proper records and documentation.
• Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the Manager.

Job Requirement

• Prior experience in administration or cashiering is preferred.
• Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Meticulous, organised and responsible.
• Positive working attitude and willing to learn.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team
