Export Planner (Warehouse)

Job Description

• Preparing load plan for daily operations.
• Update load plan and confirm container with export consolidation.
• Troubleshooting with cargo dispute and planning of Export Consol.
• Work with warehouse to co-ordinate shipments and provide updates to customers.
• Work with customers on fulfilling requirement and problem resolution.
• Creating and sending invoices to customers.
• Coordinating with various functions as required.
• Answering phone calls.
• Admin & clerical works
• Perform other duties and responsibilities, as assigned.

Job Requirements

• Possess "O" level, "A" Level, ITE, Diploma in the relevant discipline, Logistic/Transportation, Business Studies/Administration Management, Maritime Studies, Supply Chain, or equivalent are all welcome to apply
• Prefer minimum 0 to 2 years' experience in shipping / freight forwarding.
• Possess good communication and customer service skills.
• Meticulous with an eye for details.
• Pleasant personality with positive working attitude.
• Interested in data entry and doing documentation.
• Proficient in PC application (MS Word, Excel).
