SENIOR FINANCE EXECUTIVE / FINANCE MANAGER (LIFESTYLE)

Roles & Responsibilities
- Handle full spectrum of all finance, accounting, auditing, taxation(including GST where applicable), operational, administrative (including insurance matters) including but not limited to full set of accounts using MS Dynamic Navision/JD Edwards/Excel, inter-co adjustments & billings, invoicing, collection, banking, reconciliation, monthly and quarterly financial reporting activities & reports, related party reporting, cash flow, budgeting, TR applications, claims/grants/subsidy applications, etc
- Manage banking and payment processing including account openingd ocumentation, KYC forms, and online banking setup and processing
- Handle payroll matters for relevant entities
- Handle office administration, HR, IT, and facilities management matters
- Assist in corporate reporting and where required, in annual report/circulars, corporate meetings, and report preparations and arrangements
- Assist in office lease matters including stamping, lease agreements, and MCST-related matters
- Proper maintenance and updating of all documents
- Support finance, admin, and logistics functions during team members' absence
- Other ad-hoc duties as assigned from time to time
Requirements
- Minimum Diploma in Accounting or equivalent
- Possess relevant commercial accounting working experience in a similar capacity
- Proficient in MS Office and hands-on knowledge of ERP accounting system, preferably MS Dynamics Navision and JD Edwards
- Good financial, operational, and systems knowledge
- Experience and knowledge in international trade operations such as Letter of Credit and Trade Financing as well as logistics support operations would be an added advantage
- Proactive, committed, and able to work in a fast-paced, high-volume processing environment
- Possess initiative and ability to work independently
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Good team player and communication skills
- Singaporeans and permanent residents only

Salary/Benefits/Working Hours:
