Executive Associate / PA to the CEO

This is not a traditional PA role.

Well Smart International Investment is a Singapore-based group with operations in Singapore, Australia and New Zealand. You will work directly with our CEO.

This is a newly created role. For the first six months your focus is procurement support — finding and comparing suppliers, and following things through until they are done — plus some general admin for the office. At the six-month mark we sit down with you and decide where you go next: operations, project coordination, business development or China sourcing.

Fresh graduates are welcome. No prior experience is needed and we will train you. What matters is how you think and whether you follow through.

What you will do

• Research and shortlist suppliers, obtain and compare quotations, and put up a clear recommendation
• Deal with suppliers in Mandarin and English, and chase items until they are closed
• Help with general office administration (around 15–20% of the role)
• Use AI tools every day to research, compare, draft and organise information
• Take on new projects as the business grows

What you need

• Professional-level Mandarin — you will read Chinese-language documents and deal with China-based suppliers daily, including over WeChat
• Fluent business English, spoken and written
• Real hands-on use of AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini or similar) for research and drafting, not occasional use
• Reliable follow-through — you keep track of your own open items
• Honesty. You will handle supplier relationships and pricing on our behalf
• Comfortable with a role that will change as you grow
