Senior BIM Modeller / BIM Modeller (Fire Protection Contractor)

About the Company

Our client is a well-established fire protection contractor with a strong track record in delivering institutional and large-scale building projects in Singapore. Due to ongoing project expansion, they are seeking a motivated Senior/ BIM Modeller to join their growing team.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain BIM models for fire protection systems using Revit and related BIM software.
• Produce coordinated BIM drawings and shop drawings for project execution.
• Collaborate with project managers, engineers, consultants, and other trades to ensure design coordination.
• Participate in BIM coordination meetings and resolve design clashes.
• Ensure BIM models comply with project requirements, company standards, and regulatory guidelines.
• Update models and drawings throughout the project lifecycle.

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Building Services, or related disciplines.
• Minimum 2 years of BIM Modelling experience in fire protection or mechanical engineering.
• Proficient in Autodesk Revit and BIM workflows.
• Experience in institutional, commercial, healthcare, or large-scale building projects will be advantageous.
• Familiar with BIM coordination and shop drawing production.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
