Job Requirements

• Minimum Secondary / GCE O Level or equivalent qualification.
• At least 1 year of QC, QA, printing or manufacturing experience will be an advantage.
• Familiar with quality inspection, measuring instruments and QC equipment, with good visual and colour recognition.
• Able to understand and communicate product specifications in English; basic Mandarin communication skills will be an advantage.
• Detail-oriented, responsible and willing to learn, with the ability to work independently and support overtime when required.

Job Responsibilities

• Perform in-process and finished product inspections, including final inspection, lot approval and product release according to quality requirements.
• Conduct in-process audits, identify defects and report quality findings to Machine Operators, Supervisors and the Quality team.
• Maintain accurate inspection reports, quality records and documentation, while approving, rejecting or quarantining non-conforming products.
• Assist with root cause analysis, corrective actions, customer complaints and quality improvement projects.
• Operate QC inspection and measuring equipment, follow QMS and workplace safety procedures, and support other quality-related duties assigned by the Manager.
