MANAGING DIRECTOR

Job Description

SAFA HOUSE PTE. LTD. is seeking an experienced Managing Director to lead the company's property investment, real estate development, and asset management activities. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving business growth, identifying investment opportunities, overseeing property-relatedoperations, and expanding the company's property portfolio in both local and international markets.

The candidate will work closely with stakeholders, investors, business partners, and service providers to identify opportunities, develop strategic initiatives, and support the company'slong-term growth objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement the company's strategic plans for property investment, asset management, and business growth.
• Identify, evaluate, and pursue real estate investment and development opportunities locally and internationally.
• Oversee property acquisitions, disposals, leasing activities, and portfolio management.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with investors, business partners, property consultants, and industry stakeholders.
• Monitor market trends and conduct feasibility assessments to support investment decisions.
• Lead negotiations relating to property transactions, joint ventures, partnerships, and commercial agreements.
• Oversee operational performance and ensure effective management of the company's property assets.
• Manage and mentor internal teams and external service providers to achieve organisational objectives.
• Represent the company in meetings, negotiations, conferences, and industry events.
• Ensure compliance with all applicable regulatory, legal, and corporate governance requirements.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree or above in Business, International Business, Marketing, Management, Hospitality Management, or related disciplines.
• At least 5-8 years of relevant experience in business consulting, business development, strategic management, hospitality consulting, or related fields.
• Experience managing property portfolios and overseeing real estate transactions.
• Strong understanding of real estate markets, investment analysis, and business development strategies.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects concurrently.
• Proficiency in English is required.
• Proficiency in French is preferred to support communication with French-speaking investors, business partners, and overseas stakeholders.
