6 to 12 Months Insurance Claims (Up to $4,000) #BTS

Responsibilities

• Review and assess local and overseas medical and non-medical claims
• Review and process Pre-Authorisation and Letter of Guarantee (LOG) requests
• Liaise with policyholders, healthcare providers, intermediaries and internal teams to obtain information and resolve claim-related queries
• Handle claims payment issues, including unsuccessful bank transfers and CPF payment failures, refunds and claim reprocessing
• Prepare claim settlement letters, maintain claims documentation and update Statements of Account for hospital bills and claim settlements
• Monitor outstanding receivables and overpayments, following up with relevant parties for timely recovery
• Prepare claims reports, meeting minutes, statistical analysis and trend reports, and support internal/external reporting requirements
• Support claims system enhancements and process improvements
• Assist with any other ad-hoc duties assigned

Requirements

• Minimum 1 to 2 years of experience in Insurance
